Hailing from Sarnia, Ontario, I travelled to Guelph in 2012 to pursue a degree in the MEF (Management, Economics and Finance) program at the University of Guelph. Some years of stress & fun times later, I completed that program and was struck with the decision to return home to the city I knew or stay in the city I had grown to love.
So yep, you guessed it; I opted to continue to explore my newfound passion for Guelph and moved Downtown where I’ve been ever since.
Once university was in the past, and I added that educational notch to my belt, I really started to focus on the city of Guelph, most importantly the great outdoors and all of the craft beer that the city has to offer. Luckily for me, Guelph has no shortage of amazing green-space and parks and, of course, some of the most amazing craft breweries. These are just a couple of things that helped me fall in love with this quaint city.
Despite my longstanding experience in sales and real estate from working in the industry as a marketing coordinator, in-house photographer, drone and videographer for three years, I’ve literally never felt comfortable with the “pushy” aspect of sales. I prefer to operate on a policy of patience and compassion, realizing that selling or buying a property is a big decision and needs to be made comfortably by clients. My experience and knowledge of the real estate industry, my passion for videography, and my caring demeanour make me a pretty cool dude if I do say so myself.
