Sam has been a professional photographer for 30 years, most recently running the Anderson-Coats Photography studio at the University of Guelph. A family business with his wife Peggy, his parents and his children, Sam’s previous career was full of great people, great minds, and lots of energy! As the kids have left the nest, Sam wanted a new challenge, and a new career. Real Estate is a perfect fit for Sam, as he has a great eye for homes, and a great way with people; his motto is the “customer is always right”.  There is no doubt that Sam’s experience behind the lens makes him an expert at getting your home ready for the market!
