David’s decision to immigrate to Canada with his family over 20 years ago, was a life-changing move that has allowed him to focus on a career he enjoyed the most.

Leaving behind business interests in South Africa that included a Real Estate development partnership, regional distributorship of Apple Computers, and a commercial pilots licence on both airplanes and helicopters, he arrived in Canada with the freedom of choice.

Settling in Guelph in 2002 he began flying for a helicopter business that did radio broadcast on traffic and news in Toronto. The amount of building development that was obvious from this ‘birds-eye’ view got him wanting to get back to his Real Estate passion, and so began the process of licensing and finding his feet in this new country.
